Paddling thru lakes while discovering the Adirondacks as the pioneers did is a favorite trek of the boys who have gone. Learn how to maneuver a canoe thru the wilderness in stealth mode. One trip the boys learned to navigate to the campsite in the dark.


Treks can be backpacking thru the forest or paddling to your own private island. Treks try to mix exploration, survival skills, and fun while being under the wing of skilled guides. Some of the highlights are traveling to waterfalls, mountains, checking out animals in the wild.



Shooting Sports weekend gives you a chance to learn gun safety, shoot: skeet trap, and assorted targets with trained professionals. The troop has its own cache of bb guns, compound bows, and tomahawks for target practice on assorted campouts. The Robin Hood award went to the scout on the right.



Whether it's running with the 4 time champs in the Klondike sled race and winter camping in your snow cave or exploring a waterfall with a cool dip in the summer, there is something for everyone. The adventures are endless and scouts get to choose!
